There are instances when new hotels are not yet listed in our database.



If you cannot locate your preferred hotel, please follow the steps below. 



1. From your Bid Manager, click on "EDIT RFP". 



2. Click on "Travel Destinations and Hotels"



3. Click on "See Map" on the travel destination you would like to add the hotel to.



4. Now click on "Global Search" and type in the hotel name. 



5. If your preferred hotel does not show up, click on "Still cannot find your hotel?" 



6. Fill out the details of the hotel you would like to add. Then click "Send Request" 



Our support team will then receive your request and should complete it within 24 hours.
