1. Open the Manage Users Page
How to Access the Manage Users Page
2. Select the User
To select the user, tick the checkbox next to the name of the person.
3. Manage the Link
Once the desired user has been selected, click on the 
icon to manage the link.
4. Break the Link
Click the icon to break the link. Once the link has been broken, the selected user can no longer access the directory.
