There are some instances that the RFP won’t open due to compatibility requirements and security measures set by your IT department. Here are some steps to resolve that.


1. Always open the RFP in the Google Chrome browser.


2. If accessing the bid using Chrome doesn't work, try to Clear cache and cookies.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2.  At the top right, click More or the three vertical dots.
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

3. If all the steps above won’t work, use a different computer or laptop
