1, From the RFP Manager, select "Options."
2. Select "Users & Permissions" from the dropdown.
3. Select Manage in your preferred user.
4. Choose "Assignments" from the dropdown.
5. Check/uncheck the box to select/unselect the account you want to assign,
6. Hit "Apply Changes" to confirm.
