Uploading Hotels Using Sabre Codes in the RFP System
Access your Readybid Account
- Click EDIT RFP.
- Navigate to Travel Destinations & Hotels.
- Click EDIT RFP.
Upload Hotel Data
- Select UPLOAD > UPLOAD HOTELS.
- In the provided input field on the left, paste your Sabre codes, ensuring there are no leading zeros. Click LOAD HOTELS to initiate the upload process.
- Select UPLOAD > UPLOAD HOTELS.
Automatic Hotel Mapping
- The system will automatically assign hotels to their corresponding destinations.
- If a chain representative or NAM has been selected in the bid manager, the hotels will be linked accordingly.
Add Hotels to Your Bid List
- Select the checkboxes next to the hotels you wish to include.
- Click SAVE to finalize the selection and add the hotels to your bid manager.
