Resolving Missing Sent Bids in the RFP System

If you do not see your sent bids at the top of the screen, it is likely due to the absence of a contact.


Steps to Resolve:

  1. Check for Contacts

    • If no contacts are available, the SEND BID option will not appear. 
  2. Add a Contact

    • Manually add a contact to your bid.
  3. Send the Bid

    • Once a contact is added, click on it.
    • The SEND BID button will now be visible.
    • Click SEND BID to successfully submit your bid.
