Updating the Final Agreement to Display the Hotel’s Name

  1. Access the Final Agreement

    • Click EDIT RFP.
    • Navigate to FINAL AGREEMENT.
    • Select EDIT FINAL AGREEMENT.

  2. Modify the Hotel Name Placeholder

    • Locate the section where YOUR HOTEL is mentioned.
    • Replace YOUR HOTEL with the placeholder PROPERTY NAME.
    • Click SAVE to apply the changes.

  3. Verify the Updated Final Agreement

    • Go to BID MANAGER.
    • Select the relevant CHECK BOX.
    • Click VIEW FINAL AGREEMENT to confirm the update.
