Step 1: Navigate to your Bid Manager Dashboard.
Step 2: In the Group by dropdown menu, select Hotel Chain.
Step 3: In the Filter by dropdown, choose the hotel chain you’re working with (e.g., Marriott International).
Step 4: To select all associated hotels, click the checkbox next to Status.
Step 5: Click the Set NAM Contact button.
Step 6: After that, scroll through the list and select the Chain Contact you’re working with, then click SAVE.
Step 7: Once saved, all selected hotels will now be associated with the designated Chain Contact.
