Uploading the travel destinations from an Excel file is the fastest way to load your destination to the bid manager.

1. From the bid manager, select "Edit RFP."

2. Choose "Travel Destinations and Hotels" when the new tab pops up.

3. Click the "Upload" button.

      4. Click "Upload File."

       Note: Please make sure to download and use the Excel template available on the Readybid website to avoid errors when uploading.

         5. Choose the file from your local computer.

         6. Hit "Submit."
