How to Add or Remove a Hotel to/from your Bid Manager : ™

From the bid manager, click "Edit RFP"
Select "Travel Destination and Hotels" on the left hand side.
On your preferred travel destination, hover your mouse over the icon and then click "See Map."
Slide the green circle to the maximum distance which is 50 miles. This will help you get accurate results when searching for hotels.
Look up the hotel by typing the hotel name or address in the search bar.

Useful Tip: To get the best results, use the hotel street number when looking up the hotel. For example, the address is 123 Main Street, Houston, Texas, type 123 in the search bar and it will show all hotels with 123 in its address.
Select the hotel by checking the box to add or uncheck to remove and click "Done."
