For TMC and Corporate Users
Pre Conditions - You should have at least 2 hotels on your Bid Manager for the Chain you wish to assign to a Chain Rep. Also, selecting a Chain Representative does not mean "Pick a Chain Rep". Chains frown upon companies assigning a Chain Rep unless it is Pre Agreed and known to both the buyer and supplier.
- From the Bid Manager, select "Edit RFP."
- Next, select the GEAR ICON in RFP Specifications section.
- In the same Section as above, RFP Specification, be sure to say YES "Using Chain Representatives". Be sure to click SAVE on same page
- Return to the Bid Manager. Group Hotels by Hotel Chain, the Filter by the Chain you want to send the RFP to.
- Check all the Hotels on left side then Click the Set NAM Contact button atop left of bid manager.
- After you Click on Set NAM Contact, a list of Chain Representative will appear. If your Chain Rep does not appear on the list, use the Create Chain Rep feature to assign all bids.
